After more than 30-years with Eli Lilly and Company, former President of International Operations, Alfonso 'Chito' Zulueta takes his expertise as a senior executive of global business operations to his current role as the CEO of CZ Ventures, LLC.

Held the roles of Vice President of Global Marketing, President of Global Oncology and Critical Care, President of Lilly Japan and Emerging Markets, and President of International from 2017 until his retirement at the end of 2021. Served as an Executive Committee Member and Corporate Officer.
